Happy First Year of Evie!

Since the first day of spring was a few days ago, naturally Evie's birthday follows. Obviously this girl can't wait to experience spring, because on this day one year ago, she came seven weeks before she was due! I know everybody ALWAYS says this, but it is so true, I CANT BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN A WHOLE YEAR. She is still about the size of a nine month old (we had a side by side with an 8-9 mo old baby girl at Bonnie's baby shower this past week and the younger baby was taller). She is really crawling all around now, army crawling at least, but she is working her way up to climbing over things, namely daddy's legs when he lays on the floor.

About six weeks old:

We had her birthday party about a week and a half ago so that we could celebrate while papa was still in town!
Elijah didnt feel good, so he slept through most of the party, only to wake up to play the kinect with mike and tanner.

mainly she licked at the frosting and squished the cake part.
Overall it was really fun, glad to hang out with a couple of friends we dont see very often! And we got to use mike's xbox kinect to see the family in va! Thanks everyone!
